A Vision for Better Service

A fascination for how machines work - that's how it started.  Since he was little, our owner and lead technician, Ed Thibault Jr., has always loved cars, engines, anything with a machine inside.  He even learned to read as a child by practicing on technical manuals.

In college he studied vehicle engines, excelling in acute diagnosis.  Elusive problems, difficult-to-find concerns, slight noises...solving the automotive puzzles brings him great satisfaction.  He graduated with an Occupational Associate Degree in Specialized Technology.  

Today, with over 17 years experience in dealerships and independent work, he has honed his skills, maintaining certification as an ASE Master Automotive Technician and an L1 Advanced Level Specialist. 

After the last 17 years of working for large dealerships, nationwide & international companies, Ed envisioned a better way of providing service.  

A tailored service, accommodating the personalized needs of each customer.  At Auto Tec Connect LLC we're not interested in how fast we can get through our customers so we can move on.  We focus on providing quality service, paying close attention to the details, and ensuring the work is done properly.
